Zone de Texte: Bacteria strains 350 strains from the genus Erwinia were tested. For DNA preparation, bacteria strains were grown overnight at 37°C or 28°C in tryptic soy broth. Cells were harvested by centrifugation and resuspended in TE buffer. The bacterial DNA was extracted using SDS/proteinase K method. 17 strains from the genus Clavibacter were tested.
