Species comes from south or via the accidental introductions. Some species as Fall Webworm Hyphantria cunea, Phylloxera vitifolii, Eastern Pale Clouded Yellow Colias erate etc. infiltrated into the Slovakia from the south through the ecosystems of the steeps. Forest species have been transported mainly with goods (wood material, seedlings, seeds).
