An electronic forecasting and warning device was set and connected to headquarters via computer -Later field systems were established in the Bolu, Karaman, Antalya, Denizli, and Tokat Provinces -More acurute and fast results were held and more inexpensive activities were obtained after improving the system with novel devices and techniques
