Zone de Texte: The isolates collected from field were first grown on potato slices and then transferred to V-8 Agar and Rye Agar media. The discs of mycelium obtained from susceptible isolates were placed on Rye A and Rye B mediums having mating types A1 (US940507) and A2 (US940480) determined previously to identify the mating types of the isolates.
