Zone de Texte: Conclusions SIMPEROTA is a DSS for blue mold disease management SIMPEROTA1 calculates the probability of first appearance of the disease in the tobacco growing regions and gives recommendations for first fungicide treatment SIMPEROTA3 calculates infection pressure after the first spray and gives advice for the spray schedule First time the DSS was used in the season 2006. The results are very promising. Also a ontogenesis model, SIMONTO-tobacco, was developed. This model will be included in SIMPEROTA DSS to improve the simulation results.
