However, in any prospection seedling were found growing in natural conditions. On the other hand, seeds were seen in other places, like downstream of the Valverde de Mérida dip. Therefore, a monitoring of seedling evolution in natural conditions had to be carried out in order to know the growing dynamics in the initial stages in the Guadiana River, and success of seedling evolution was checked.
