EPPO Conference on Computer Aids for Plant Protection,
Istanbul (TR) - POSTPONED

We regret to inform you that the EPPO Conference on Computer Aids for Plant Protection (originally scheduled for 2009-10-13/15 in Istanbul, TR) has been postponed.  The number of registrants and proposed presentations were insufficient to make the meeting viable. 

This meeting follows in the sequence of EPPO meetings on computer applications in plant protection [France (1989), Sweden (1992), Germany (1995), Italy (1999), United Kingdom (2002), and the Netherlands (2006)].  We will shortly write to the NPPOs of the EPPO region and previously registered participants to gather information as to whether there is still sufficient interest for a future conference on computer applications in plant protection.  If so, a new date will be fixed for a time that is agreeable to interested parties. 

We apologize for this change in the schedule of the EPPO agenda and look forward to your interest and participation in future meetings.
